Yael Stone
Stone was born in Sydney and raised there. She was educated at Sydney's Newtown High School of the Performing Arts (NIDA) and in the National Institute of Dramatic Art. Stone started her acting career when she was just a child. She acted in roles such as Me Myself and The Farm. She primarily focused on theatre. She was awarded the title of the title of Best Newcomer during the Sydney Theatre Awards 2008 and the award for Best Supporting Actress in The Kid. Alongside her performance on stage, she's been seen on television for supporting roles like All Saints and Spirited. Between 2010 and the year 2011, she starred in The Diary of a Madman, a role for which she was again nominated for the Best Supporting Actress award at The Sydney Theatre Awards. In February of 2011 she traveled to New York to perform in the Brooklyn Academy of Music's production of The Diary of a Madman, before returning to lead roles in A Golem Story, Summer of the Seventeenth Doll, as well as As You Like It in Sydney.
